I don’t have much experience with yoga, and my coordination leaves much to be desired, but with her gentle guidance I was able to do the routine with a lot more ease than previous classes I have taken. It was very relaxing and different than I anticipated. It was my first time doing hot yoga, and I did not expect to take to it like I did. The studio is very clean and welcoming as well! I will most definitely be returning !
