see all reviewsI was sweating from my eyes. Great workout!!! My only suggestion would be to start out a little softer, it felt in the beginning as if the instructor was yelling. However by the end I really appreciated her motivation and technique to keep me going. Overall great class!

see all reviewsReally great instructor(Elizabeth) , loved her energy. However, on our first day at the studio, my Iphone was stolen out of my bag. It was stolen by someone in the class. The owner was very helpful and receptive, and offered great support. I had to get a new phone at the Apple store the same night and spent the whole night setting up my new phone and dealing with my security protection. It will be hard to come back to the studio, because I feel violated. Its a shame because I really like the studio and class.

This second class she destroyed my legs to the point where I was sweating and breathing hard. Great class! Never a disappointment!

see all reviewsI had a wonderful first class here! She places so much emphasis on form which I loved because you know you’re getting the best out of your workout and yourself and not risking injury. Somewhat humbling because we get so used to the workouts we are used to already that sometimes going out of our comfort zone reminds us where there’s even more room for improvement. Looking forward to coming back here again!
