Once I had Jenna I have been sticking with her classes as I truly feel like I get a good workout! She is easy to understand (doesn’t talk too fast), throws in what muscles we are working and why, welcome demeanor!! Give this women a raise and more classes 🤣

see all reviewsI first took a 30min core & obliques class with Lily and that was killer!! I felt it in my core immediately and felt stronger the next day. I understand why it’s called “solidcore”. She had me hooked! I signed up for her full body class two days later and I’m so glad I brought a towel this time lol. Lily is super nice, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and uplifting. Will def be coming back regularly!

see all reviewsWOW. Ky is an AMAZING pilates instructor and person. That is the most fun I’ve ever had in a pilates class while being sufficiently challenged. Her programming was GREAT (hard but still doable), on top of that she’s so naturally funny and makes the class such a supportive and fun environment, I’m in love. Playlists are fire. I’ll definitely be back for Ky she’s a new favorite for me!!!

This studio seems to mainly do core off the back of the machine which is super challenging but not TOO challenging. Love it. & instructor is super nice, motivating, and easy to understand!

see all reviewsIt had been years since I had taken a hot yoga class. I failed at bringing my own mat, but you can rent one from the studio. The instructor is doing the movement with you. She did, however, walk around to help with the correct positions. My body felt sore in a good way. would recommend and take class again.

I’d never taken a bounce class or really any kind of trampoline exercise but she demo’ed everything along with us and guided us. The Pilates portions on the machine were challenging, too. As a woman with not the strongest pelvic floor, I was a little worried about the trampoline, but it wasn’t an issue since you aren’t jumping high. The class was so fun, brought some big smiles to my face. I’ll be back!!
