    This is literally one of the best classes I have taken at Pilates Cave. Jasmine is soo thorough and good at explaining moves, every time I looked around everyone was doing the same thing with great form (which is bc of Jasmine!!). The flow was AMAZING, I felt so good after class and woke up the next day feeling the best kind of sore. The moves were on point, the pace was perfect, and Jasmine made me feel super supported.

    My first time taking Pvolve- so happy they opened in Santa Monica! Was a nice break from Pilates - if you have done barre or other sculpt type classes you’ll pick up the moves quickly. Putting on the props takes some getting used to, but they add to the challenge of the class. The instructor had great energy and was motivating throughout the class! The studio was clean and the music was great. Will definitely be back!

    RHYTHM SCULPT

    First time at this studio… first let me say that the space is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was very clean and organized. The front desk staff and instructor were very kind and welcoming. The rhythm sculpt class is sort of like mat Pilates which is usually not my thing… but it was surprisingly a fun class that gave me a good sweat. Definitely more low impact/intensity but that might be perfect for a rest day when you want to just move your body. I’ll definitely be back to check out the other classes!
