Parking was relatively straightforward, though I'm unsure how it would be in the evenings. The session lasted 55 minutes, and it was a solid workout. It wasn't easy, but it was definitely challenging. There were some exercises I struggled with due to my strength level, but I pushed through. Don't be fooled by the cute pastel props—they can be quite tough! 😆 With only four participants in the class, the instructor was able to focus on each of us. I would consider returning if their schedule works for me.
