SoulCycle
see all reviewsI’ve taken a lot of cycling classes in NYC & Seattle, and Mat is one of those instructors who makes a cycling class the best part of your day AND a full body workout. 🔋 ⚡️ The PLAYLIST, workout and energy are unmatched. The riders in his class are also very advanced (impressed coming from NY last week). Everything is super intentional. The music builds perfectly (club vibezz 🪩), the choreography, etc. Plus, he’s not bad on the 👀 …. What I actually mean is he works with the class and is in pro athlete type of shape. If you’re scrolling through instructors trying to decide who to book, do yourself a favor and take Mat class. You won’t regret it. - Steph Nguyen

see all reviewsLove Molly! She’s an amazing instructor!!!! But I’m not sure the purpose of the new assigned mats system. It penalizes Classpass users because we can’t choose mats when we sign up. Also, a mat that I wanted was taken, but the person never showed up, so the mat was just empty the whole time. This has happened more than once already

see all reviewsExcellent class! Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

see all reviewsReally friendly and helpful staff. Free shoes for your ride + apples/oranges. For 1st timers, they adjust your seat and take you through the process. There’s a leaderboard you can opt into or out of. They provide a towel for your ride + a cold towel for after. Showers and lockers too. They also sell energy drinks + protein snacks. Would recommend if you’re in SLU!

see all reviewsAwesome experience! Facility, equipment, staff, instructor, music and the push, all made for a very effective 45 minute. High intensity intervals, meanwhile low impact on my recovering foot. For days when I don’t have to be at work by 7, I’d definitely return!

The class is fun filling and easy to follow with the dance rhythm. The instructor is very energetic and encouraging. I like her smiles and her enthusiasm that brings the energy to the class. Overall I enjoyed my experience and I would definitely recommend this studio and dance class to my friends.
