    Really great class! I will definitely be back! Total body weight workout. There’s essentially no cardio and it’s strictly weights. I do wish the music was more current and that some of the songs were more upbeat because that would make the class go by faster.

    Kenzie was such a patient & encouraging instructor. I did a 101 class at a pole studio about 4 years ago but haven’t pole danced since and have mostly forgotten the basics. I really appreciated Kenzie naming the muscles that are engaged for moves- I think it helped me better understand what to do before attempting moves.     This was my second class at Club Pilates at this location. (This was my 3rd Pilates class of all time, with one experience at a different studio.) I’m noticing one thing I like about CP is the reformer is more comfortable for my feet. There’s a lot more padding. As for the class, I felt I got some good stretches in and the other girls who attended had a good vibe.
