see all reviewsThis class was life changing for me. My biggest area of concern during all of my workouts felt corrected with just one slight change in foot placement. I immediately felt the change in the engagement of the muscles I usually have so much difficulty trying to target. Suddenly they were consistently engaged and I felt the power in my row (although it also exposed some weaknesses that the unsolicited muscles were compensating for). Will be back next week for squat.
