    CP is such a great instructor! Super friendly, explains things really well, and always gives a solid workout. I leave every class feeling like my legs are gonna fall off in the best way possible…overall definitely recommend! And yes, the shakes are real… but CP somehow makes you feel like they mean you’re doing it right 😅

    Bridget is an amazing instructor! She offered lots of modifications to make the class attainable while still being challenging and fun! Her playlist was great, too. I was so proud of myself for being able to do everything on the routine which was not common 😂. Tho I wish the instructor would tell me what muscles I should be feeling when doing some certain positions, too. So I know if my form is correct or not. But if you’re considering whether you should take her class, DO IT!! You’re welcome.
