Attending his class regularly will make you stronger week by week. When you attend regularly, he will call you out if you're going too fast or even to push a little bit further but it's always in an uplifting and motivating way. However, after attending Ashley's stretch and sound healing class, I would like to give her five 🌟 As it there will be a sound healing segment, she politely reminded me to keep my phone in the locker and not leave it on the floor. When class started, she was clear with instructions and gave us options for poses. She tried to lighten the atmosphere by cracking jokes. Honestly, I would recommend her class if you like an instructor who is firm but experienced and knows what she is talking about. Thank you, Ashley 😍
