There was another i structured which led the ending stretch/cooldown which I appreciated as that’s not usually included with boxing classes. The studio was nice and the location easy to find. The class was “Pound” and I decided to give it a try, it was a lot of fun and I appreciate them letting me join. Only rating 4 stars due to the scheduling issue but I am thankful there was another class I could try instead.
