The cues can be a bit hard to follow for beginners but Pam does a great job demo-ing when necessary and giving you individual attention when you’re lost — just tell her before class that you’re new so she knows to pay special attention to you :)

She offers modifications and advancements which really makes this class accessible to the students. You are bound to have a laugh or two during class with Amanda! I love her energy. Be prepared for an ab burner, she’ll get you right!
