Reformer and Aerial Combination - W
see all reviewsThis class was so much fun! As a regular on the reformer, the addition of aerial was a pleasant challenge especially the inversions. The trainer was really good and I found her instructions clear. The studio wasn’t super fancy but they didn’t have too many beds in the class so the trainer could correct people’s form and offer help one to one.

see all reviewsLoved the instructor and the class. It was very relaxing, not a workout at all but an excellent activity for a Sunday. This class was more of a meditation-oriented experience and I thought it was perfect - i’m convinced that if everyone took this class once a week the world would be a better place.

see all reviewsAll I can say while dripping with sweat is wow! The most challenging session I’ve had with Simeon ever but boy was it fun. I was almost disappointed when it ended. The playlist was out of this world - on par with the best soca fetes where you are jumping and partying until morning and timed perfectly with the exercises. A complete vibe … 10 out of 5 stars.

see all reviewsJenny was super helpful with setup as it was only my second time on Bike&Beats. Hard work but fun. I really enjoyed myself. I was recommended to go to her class and it was worth it. Shame the boys were constantly chatting throughout though making it difficult to hear instructions at times.
