see all reviewsMy first time, and got to say that it felt like a proper functional strength training class and a proper ride class at the same time, with 23 minutes-ish dedicated time for each with only one switch. Having tried Run and the usual ignite class, I think this one was definitely my favorite, with good strength exercises that push you. Starting out with the strength training really gets the heart pumping for the ride, so Iâd recommend starting there if this is what youâre looking for.

Which I understand can be important sometimes, but after a point I wasnât sure if I missed an instruction and that left me confused. I have a basic level of understanding but when I select a class thatâs in English at 7am, Iâm not prepared to having to firstly keep up with the demanding exercises but also make sure I havenât missed anything being said in Norwegian. It was just distracting overall.

I was prepared for anything, tbh, so it was a good surprised, but I believe the description does not really fit what the class is about in the end. IvĂĄn was super engaging, and the exercises were great and sometimes challenging. BLN.Athletics amenities are great, with a nice chill area after the workout, and you can definitely tell it's more of a community. People talk to each other and build relationships. Highly recommend it!

J'aurais bien sûr préféré pouvoir etendre mes bras sans rencontrer ceux de ma voisine mais comme il a un super bon esprit tout le monde essaye de s'adapter à son voisin. Globalement le professeur a fini par ajuster les postures en anglais presqu'autant qu'en allemand quand il a compris que ça avait plus d effet, ce qui était productif (le cours affiche les deux langues). Je recommande.
