see all reviewsThis is one of my favorite sound baths I’ve been to. The setup of the space was cozy, dimly lit, peaceful and everyone had plenty of room. Lauren was amazing: she is extremely welcoming, started the class with intention and the sounds she created were fantastic. I see myself becoming a regular for this class.

see all reviewsI enjoyed the class! It’s overall a calmer but energetic setting. If you’re looking for something fast paced with loud blasting music I don’t think this would be your scene. However if you take this class you will stretch out muscles you didn’t know existed. I think it’s definitely worth a try, I appreciated how the instructor came over and helped me with my form during certain exercises.
