    Class studio and flow was great! Instructor was good too!! Would suggest some more hype music, the instructor to move around also when we’re not facing the mirror but cues flow moves and transitions were all good!!!

    Bridget is an amazing instructor! She offered lots of modifications to make the class attainable while still being challenging and fun! Her playlist was great, too. I was so proud of myself for being able to do everything on the routine which was not common 😂. Tho I wish the instructor would tell me what muscles I should be feeling when doing some certain positions, too. So I know if my form is correct or not. But if you’re considering whether you should take her class, DO IT!! You’re welcome.

    Arnold is a great instructor! He pays attention to all of his students and customizes his coaching to each individuals level. . He is inclusive like his description says, creating a friendly, comfortable environment. The gym has plenty of equipment, is clean and well laid out. I look forward to going there.     Jackie is an amazing teacher. I've never had a dance class before but she was patient with me. This class was intermediate if not advanced but the way she taught was easy enough to learn from for a beginner's pov. The class was 45 minutes and it flew by very quick when I had fun in every second of it. Highly recommended!

    CJ asks what your goals are at the start of the session and he tailors your workout to hit those targets. he's great at challenging you and explaining how to move to hit which muscles and make your exercise be more effective. i can really see great results happening if i did more sessions with him and i definitely recommend!
