New Year, New Moves! Mahsa’s Reformer Sculpt and Tone class is amazing. Her clear instructions and attention to detail ensure every movement is effective and empowering. The hip and abs focus left me feeling stronger and more aligned. Mahsa’s energy is magnetic, and her ability to challenge while supporting each person makes her class a must-try. Power Flow Hot [Intermediate]

What an incredibly sweaty and powerful practice with Hassan! Last time when I came to his class was Nov 2023 and now I'm surprised he could even remember me! He is so professional and caring offering us options and variations in class. I'm definitely coming back! Cheers!|

    In Studio: Power Vinyasa Flow

Farley is great, loved the class! In terms of difficulty, even though it’s called power flow I’d say it’s equivalent (or slightly easier/slower) than a regular vinyasa at sweat & tonic, which is just what I wanted! And it wasn’t repetitive flows (which I find can get boring). He focused on one body part which was really cool!

The best class I’ve taken at Yoga Tree! Ben was an amazing teacher who offered modifications and checked at the beginning of classes injuries or specific areas of the body that yogis wanted to focus on. I loved this willingness to adapt the class to the students’ needs. I highly recommend his classes!

The sequence transitions are nicely planned, not rushed. They challenged my body while not being excessive, perfect to start the day! She even adjusted the temporature during rest pose so we don’t get cold which is very thoughtful. Will come back again

Vinyasa All Levels - 60 min

I think my 3rd yoga class ever? It’s been a while so I was nervous but Phillippe was so great I didn’t feel behind and understood all the poses. Restorative, only slightly challenging but great for all levels to add a little pep in your step for the day!

    Vinyasa Flow

Very authentic yoga experience! Hot & sweaty, difficult but enjoyable with breaks for beginners welcomed. Teacher was very knowledgeable, steady and offered adjustments. Go early (at least 10 min) to acclimate, and get set up. Don’t forget your yoga mat & lots of water! You will sweat
