see all reviewsThis was the best Sound Bath I have ever experienced. Each sound got better and better and I would absolutely join this Sound Bath again. It was also my very first time at the studio and it definitely felt like a sacred space and I was filled with gratitude for having been led there. I also want to say thank you too. The wonderful woman who greeted me and got me settled in, I felt very taken care of. I thought I had come prepared, but she offered me an eye pillow and some additional props to ensure I was as cozy as can be including an extra blanket and bolster and pillow. My favorite part was when the crystal harp was played on my body, and I got to feel the vibrations. I am so grateful for this experience and can’t wait for the next opportunity to experience it again.

I did think she got a little bit repetitive with saying things like, do what feels good in your body or what calls to you, and reminding us with virtually every single pose that we could rest instead if we wanted. I think reminders to make your practice your own and rest when needed are valuable, but it happened so frequently it was a little distracting. Overall excellent class.

The instructor did an amazing job keeping us in positions to really feel the burn for up to 15 seconds, compared to others who tend to speed through. She emphasized sharp posture and fully engaging the target muscles, instead of adding multiple movements at once, which I found much more effective. I especially appreciated the five minutes of stretching at the end—it made the class feel complete and balanced. Her motivating voice and perfectly leveled music were the cherry on top!
