The energy from start to finish is incredible, and Sam does an amazing job keeping everyone motivated and engaged throughout the entire workout. He creates a fun, challenging, and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back every week. I immediately felt the change in the engagement of the muscles I usually have so much difficulty trying to target. Suddenly they were consistently engaged and I felt the power in my row (although it also exposed some weaknesses that the unsolicited muscles were compensating for). Will be back next week for squat. As challenging as it was, I felt so much better walking out than I did walking in. It was almost like all the soreness and tension I was carrying disappeared and got replaced by a well-earned burn in my back muscles, which I’m completely okay with. The workout was no joke, so come prepared to sweat out in a full-body workout. I arrived 15 minutes early and everyone who worked there took the time to show me around the little studio, the machine, and made sure I knew how to properly row before starting.
