see all reviewsKatherine is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had across the board. The flows, transitions, and way she holds the practice is perfection. I come from a more intense workout world and I had to start doing some yoga for injuries and she has mad me so excited to go to her class every week. Others instructors are great but she gets me to a deeper stretch and a better spot to transition into a position with each. Truly the best.

Gave me an amazing back massage adjustment. Loved all of it. Except for the person next to me who literally text messaged in class. Incredible experience.
