I get a number of services - on top of what I book via Class Pass, and I tip well. The only CON is the last few times, while paying, they have watched me as I am entering the tip and say, the tip options on the screen only reflects the service I am paying for not the service I booked through class, without giving me a chance to enter what I would like to tip. They are hovering over you and today when I left, the tech who did my nails didnāt even respond to my goodbye or āThank you ā. Again, service is amazing, they are all great and the space is clean, will not stop me from continuing to bring them business.
