The session had a proper warmup, very diverse set of main exercises and we had enough time for a proper cooldown. Highly recommended!

Drink genoeg tijdens de dag (zodat je niet naar je waterfles hoeft te grijpen tijdens), kleed je niet te warm en respecteer de yoga en teacher 🙏🏻!
