Such amazing and energetic leadership, encouraging commentary and skill building or some chill combos suggested as alternatives for newer boxers. Clean establishment and area to freshen yourself up after / a private shower with soaps and the big mirrors and hair dryer and towels in the shared space (unisex ) Highly recommend to anyone at any level of boxing. Very welcoming environment!

Ballet can seem intimidating but this was so much fun and the instructor was kind, funny, and energetic! The space was bright, but not in the fluorescent light kind of bright. Welcoming & friendly environment!!
