The instructor was super helpful given it was only my 2nd time ever doing lagree. The adrenaline I felt during this class was so worth it. Take this class!!! Go to the studio!! It’s so worth it!!

see all reviewsAnnie was great at providing clear instructions, being encouraging, and pointing out adjustments to ensure our form was good! Th is was my first Lagree, but I’d definitely recommend having good fitness foundations as this class was quite challenging to keep up with if you’re new (but very fun)

see all reviewsPhenomenal! It was my first time at this studio, and Mia's class was challenging in all the best ways. She has spicy variations for each move, yet also offers modifications to meet you where you're at. Her cues are clear and she gives individual attention to each client, correcting our form or motivating us to go deeper into the moves. I've been doing lagree for 3+ years but haven't felt challenged like this in a while. So refreshing!!
