see all reviewsThis is my weekly routine. Tara’s class was amazing. Not many instructors can successfully offer a true restorative yoga class and Tara’s really stand out. Her words are so colorful and it makes you feel like you are being held in a safe space to just be still and rest. Tara makes resting accessible to everyone 🧸💕

see all reviewsSecond time taking this particular class. I enjoy the levels of challenge offered by the instructor, Sun, each time. This last time, she warmed us up enough to get me into Parsva Bhuja Dandasana (Grasshopper pose), which I’ve never been quite able to pull off before. Thanks again for a wonderful class.

see all reviewsI shared this experience with my teenage daughter and it was absolutely amazing. With the class pass you are scheduled for an hour and you are free to move around the city as you please just as long as you’re back at the given time. The address says 7th street, but the location is actually at the end of 8th street right in front of a fountain and luckily all the bikes and your guides were there or we would of never noticed it. Even before you enter the business you’re greeted by one of the nice associates that are willing to walk you through the process and the kindness just continues when you’re checked in. The check in process was less than two minutes and the bikes were sized and the seats were adjusted perfectly. I would definitely rate this experience 100/10. We will be back soon. 2 hours is $20, they offer tandum bikes, regular bikes, children bikes, helmets, guided tours, and the buggy for smaller children. They do not sell water but the bikes come with a sturdy bottle holder(Gatorade fits in there) and a little pouch.
