    Katie was so incredibly kind and helpful to me and the other first time riders in the class. I was honestly very intimidated by doing a cycling class but this was so much fun! I burned a ton of calories and I love that the air was on so I didn't feel gross with sweat even after working my butt off. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to try cycling. Fun music, cool lights, killer workout. Yes, your butt will hurt from the seat the day after but that's part of the spin journey.

    Taylor is the best. She explains everything with real clarity, keeps the flow tight, and actually checks in on form, which makes a noticeable difference. The workout is challenging in a smart, purposeful way and pushes you without ever feeling chaotic. I’ll definitely be taking her class again.
