see all reviewsI hesitated to take jumpboard in the past because it can feel really intense. However this class was great! Michael is a fantastic teacher. The structure of the class is very thoughtful. There’s moments built in to stabilize and stretch and recover. He has a wonderful energy and great speaking voice. Highly suggest!

It is a special place, definitely my favorite yoga environment I’ve been to in Brooklyn - very understated, beautiful, and welcoming. The quick essential oil massage at the end is such a nice touch.
