Melissa is a terrific coach and instructor. She’s full of energy, enthusiasm and encouragement. The class was really challenging but provided options for higher (beast) and lesser (warrior) intensity for different fitness levels. She also offered substitutes based on your personal ability: someone with a plantar issue got an exercise safe for them Just overall great.

This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

I loved the small class size of 5 participants maximum. Joo, the instructor, was so attentive. She would help you with using the equipment and making sure you did the exercises correctly. Joo offered helpful tips and guidance, so I feel I learned a lot. I also enjoyed the music she played and it wasn’t distracting at all. I liked the vibe of the small but cute studio. I enjoyed my time and I got a great workout!
