Ventilation system

We keep the door open for fresh air flow in the studio at all times. We also have fans and central air conditioning.

Extra sanitation

All equipment is cleaned after every use. The floor is mopped and smells fresh. Boxing bags and weights steam cleaned regularly. The studio is very clean and tidy.

Maximum class size is 20

Equipment policies

Must bring your own boxing gloves and boxing wraps. Safety First:Please note, we will not allow participants to train with glove liners as they offer no protection to hands and wrists. Boxing gloves may be hired for $10 and must be paid at time of check in.
