Extra sanitation

Our studio and practice area is professionally cleaned daily. Floors are cleaned after classes and every other day, the studio is treated with an electrostatic disinfectant. We also have an Purifier with UltraHEPA, Carbon & VOC Filters appropriate for size of our studio.

Limited capacity

In 2025, we reduced our capacity to 43 students. Mats spots are now numbered and spaced out evenly. CP students are assigned open spots randomly by our software. You'll receive a mat spot number at check-in, if you prefer a different spot let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
