What to expect at Pure Barre

A full body workout
Pure Barre classes are 50-minutes of high-intensity, low-impact barre training that strengthen your entire body and core.
Great playlists
Classes are musically driven, and instructors pride themselves on creating unique and motivating musical playlists.
Shaking muscles
The small, targeted movements throughout class will leave your muscles shaking (don’t worry, this is normal and encouraged!) and your mind stronger.

How to prepare for a Pure Barre class

Pure Barre provides all class equipment, except for water, a sweat towel and sticky socks. If you forget socks, most studios have them available for purchase, but we do recommend bringing your own because sticky socks are a requirement to take the class!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins as Pure Barre doesn’t allow late entry. If you are taking this class for the first time, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
