    Don't let Maddy's sunny disposition when she greets people fool you. This woman will cheerfully push you to the limit! There was all ages and abilities in the class, though, and she offered lots of ways to add and remove difficulty of the workout. Make no mistake, though, it WAS a workout. Maybe 15% yoga, 10% aerobic and 75% HIIT. I needed it. Great class.

    Rumble is a beautiful facility. The studio is spacious and their bathroom is amazing with all the amenities including towels, lotion the whole nine yards to freshen up after class. Plenty of free street parking around the area and there is free 2 hour lot called Coral parking too. Class itself is a great workout. The reviewers are not kidding when they say the music is loud so wear the earplugs they provide. Mason had great energy but wish he walked around the room checking on people more - there was a girl who clearly was extremely lost and I stepped in to help after the second round because I could tell she didn’t understand the punches.

    The studio is really nice, clean and bright so if that’s your vibe, I’d def check it out. Tiffany provided soo many form checks and descriptions - many I haven’t heard before from other studios I’ve tried and she helped correct my form with little tweaks. I enjoyed her class. Although, if you prefer classes with a focus/subfocus, this class probably isn’t for you. I felt like we didn’t stay in any movements for long with variations added. A few movements had a variation otherwise we would move to another movement. The class was a balanced total body workout.
