see all reviewsThis was the best Sound Bath I have ever experienced. Each sound got better and better and I would absolutely join this Sound Bath again. It was also my very first time at the studio and it definitely felt like a sacred space and I was filled with gratitude for having been led there. I also want to say thank you too. The wonderful woman who greeted me and got me settled in, I felt very taken care of. I thought I had come prepared, but she offered me an eye pillow and some additional props to ensure I was as cozy as can be including an extra blanket and bolster and pillow. My favorite part was when the crystal harp was played on my body, and I got to feel the vibrations. I am so grateful for this experience and can’t wait for the next opportunity to experience it again.

Stephanie taught me things l have never done before incorporating classical pilates with weights, upper abdominal, lower abdominals as well as anterior and posterior spinal chains. It was a class modifiable for beginners or older students as well as challenging enough for 20 year old fitness buffs. This was super fun!
