One feedback more for the studio then the instructor is the front desk or a private studio nearby, not sure which but there was talking going on all through class and it was louder then the music and was just really distracting.     Apart from the instructor walking right into my arm while I was standing in a stationary spot doing light weight tricept extensions, the class was good. If there wasn’t enough space to walk around me, walking pass the front of the machine would have been a great option. It would have been polite to simply acknowledge the bump at the moment or even after class.

    I greatly enjoyed and benefited from Victorias style of instruction. I appreciated her neutrality and that she didn’t project her will onto the class. This allowed me to be met where I’m at. She gave us a well organized frame work to work with and was extremely helpful with form corrections without aggressively pushing for more weight and intensity (which was not what I prioritize over form and proper use of musculature.)     I decided to join this class last minute, and I’m so thankful they had a class on Christmas Eve! The small class size was an unexpected bonus—we got plenty of personalized attention from the teacher, who helped fine-tune our posture and adjust the intensity to fit our needs. The Restore class was the perfect mix of stretching and a solid workout, giving me the chance to really focus on my form.     Officially my favorite Pilates class and instructor so far. This was soooo nice and stretchy yet got a great burn in. I loved how T kept checking on us for form and gave clear instructions without being invasive. She asked us to let her know of any injuries and consent of touch for form adjustment. I loved how she was also mindful of the music and would shift it if the mix didn’t match our current set. Overall such a thoughtful and engaging instructor and class. 10000/10

    The instructor was great and very friendly! The moves weren’t too difficult for a Pilates beginner, but she definitely goes fast. Most of the class was pretty dark, as the lights were off in half of the room, so I had to look around at other people to make sure I was doing the correct movements. This class also wasn’t too exhausting, coming from someone who barely works out, but was still fun to participate.

Remember to wear your grip socks, they’re required to be on the x former. If you’re new, I recommend grabbing an x former in the middle so you can look at the folks around you for reference since the trainer walks around and isn’t always demonstrating.

    Tabi is a fun, energetic instructor. She’s incredibly knowledge about the practice, and it was great to learn while getting a workout. My class was more beginner folks than intermediate folks, so I think she did a great job catering to that. I’m interested in taking her intermediate/advanced class, if she has one! This facility is also great about disinfecting everything. They actually clean between classes and all equipment. Some establishments don’t quite do that anymore, so it was refreshing to see them actively clean everything.

    Chloe was super sweet and the front desk counter person (I wanna say their name was Chris or Kris?!) was also helpful! The facility itself is nice, cleanly and everything I expected. The class goes pretty fast, so if you’re newer to Pilates, choose the Level 1 class instead of Level 1.5 (which I chose and which is apparently the most popular class) and take thangs slow!
