    Loved this class. Feels like you're not working out, but around circuit 3 you're reaallly pacing yourself. The instructor shows you each and every form, and is warm, friendly, and attentive to different movements & positions to be really inclusive. Will be back!

    ZUMBA - Dance

    Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

    Boston Jumps Level 1 Beginners & Basics

    I was nervous at first but this is an amazing workout and has helped my spine immensely and I’ve only gone twice!! If you have any sort of pain that holds you back from the “normal” exercises I would absolutely give this a shot. NASA backed exercise and ACTUALLY works.
