see all reviewsI’m kind of picky about instructors sometimes, but Aliyah was the best! I took her strength sculpt class and the music was so so good. Perfect volume, she gave great instructions, and you can choose your weights so you can go harder or easier if you want . 10/10 recommend this class and instructor😊

The workout is challenging enough to feel like a really good workout, but still approachable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated how Jess helped correct form throughout the class, which made me feel more confident and supported. I really enjoyed the class and would definitely recommend it!

see all reviewsThe instructor was nice and made small talk so everyone would feel comfortable. She offered props such as yoga blocks, bands, and cushions for the yoga mats. The music was a “Guitar spa” so it sounded like acoustic guitar which was relaxing. She offered modifications and advancements for each pose to suit everyone’s level. My only suggestion would be to let everyone know what type of yoga it is. I asked at the end and she called it “Slow flow” which I’m not familiar with.

This felt like more of a private workout than the group class they have (I will be going back to try that place) which was awesome!! I had a killer workout with great company.
