see all reviewsHad a great Monday morning sweat! Robyn was super nice and showed us how to focus on our breathing and spine while working out. She went around and helped people (including me) fix their form. She also demonstrated every exercise with alternative movements every time which I very much appreciated. I am definitely looking to becoming a regular member as she and the class were great!

Format was a little over simulating for me with CONSTANT prompts where I was working to hard to listen to make sure I’m following along.
