Although we were invited to do our own flow if we could not recall the next series of poses, I felt distracted and it took away from my practice. I’ll stick with slow flow for now!

While other classes I’ve attended are fast-paced and group focused, this gym specially makes you feel so encouraged and challenged individually in a group setting. From day 1, they have gone above and beyond at modifications. They go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable with exercises and make suggestions that have made it possible for me to still be working out 30 weeks pregnant. I would recommend to literally anyone - those who need a challenge OR those who need guidance. They are truly the best and I’m so thankful for this facility!
