    I said it before, and I’ll say it again I really like body alive and most of the instructors are great. I do wish BA woukd either bring back Core Sculpt class and/or focus much more on core beyond planks. Every class seems to have at least 2-3 plank songs but only 1-2 true core.

    Giving 5 stars because Alyssa was fantastic! Overall, it was a positive experience, but this is definitely a class that needs mental & physical preparation. Here’s my honest review: The class is extremely intimidating if you are new to working out or just getting back into a fitness routine. There were several times I thought about walking out but I stuck with it and I’m glad I did! Alyssa frequently checked on me and helped with equipment. She was patient, kind, and encouraging. I can see how this practice could get great results if attending consistently! Go at your own pace, take breaks when you need, and expect a difficult but rewarding experience. **Another important note, do not go on day 1 of your cycle. You will suffer the consequences!

    The class was great but felt fast for Slow Flow based on my other experiences with a slow flow structure. I also don’t think this class would be the best for beginners due to the speed and needing to know what a lot of the poses are already to be able to keep up. These points are really just a heads up for others considering the class, it really was a great class overall!

    Cherie was a great instructor! She made sure everyone got individual attention and assisted with cues to ensure safe and effective form. My friend had never done reformer Pilates before and Cherie made her feel very comfortable and gave her a successful first class. Her music was vibey and relaxed, with the workout being a good mix of challenging core/leg work and stretching. The reformers and props were clearly well maintained. Overall a really great workout especially for a Sunday morning. The studio is adorable as well. Would definitely return!

    The ladies at F45 Westfield are truly amazing. I moved mid-pregnancy and was worried about trying out a new facility. While other classes I’ve attended are fast-paced and group focused, this gym specially makes you feel so encouraged and challenged individually in a group setting. From day 1, they have gone above and beyond at modifications. They go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable with exercises and make suggestions that have made it possible for me to still be working out 30 weeks pregnant. I would recommend to literally anyone - those who need a challenge OR those who need guidance. They are truly the best and I’m so thankful for this facility!
