see all reviewsGiving 5 stars because Alyssa was fantastic! Overall, it was a positive experience, but this is definitely a class that needs mental & physical preparation. Here’s my honest review: The class is extremely intimidating if you are new to working out or just getting back into a fitness routine. There were several times I thought about walking out but I stuck with it and I’m glad I did! Alyssa frequently checked on me and helped with equipment. She was patient, kind, and encouraging. I can see how this practice could get great results if attending consistently! Go at your own pace, take breaks when you need, and expect a difficult but rewarding experience. **Another important note, do not go on day 1 of your cycle. You will suffer the consequences!

see all reviewsTough and fun class!! Maddie is very sweet and motivating! Against recommendations I went straight into a full body class without completing the intro course. Which was fine but I can imagine going to a couple intro classes, like they suggest, would be beneficial! Live and learn :) will be back!!

I did a Yin session and the vibes were very warm and comforting. Jennifer was kind and walked through everything clearly. I will definitely be back!

The class itself was a huge challenge, I am feeling it the day after! Sarah’s daughter sat quietly at a desk during class and afterwards handed each person hand-written awards.
