see all reviewsThis class is surprisingly tough. Sandy makes it so much fun though, as do the other ladies in the class with you. I have such a great time with the music and the moves. I appreciate how each song focuses on a new muscle group and I am usually Just a tad bit sore the next day but not too much. I have said it before and I will say it again, this place is a hidden gem of a gym!
