see all reviewsFirst time trying and it was a lot of fun. It does require upper body strength but I feel like not as much as pole. The challenge is getting around the hoop and remembering the correct sequence and correct side. The hoops are of different sizes and heights so I think it’s ok to have couple more people than hoops because everyone moves around and try different hoops.

see all reviewsI had a ton of fun at my first ever pole dancing class! I felt very welcome and included. The class was a mix of sensual floor work and pole. I learned a lot! I don't know if I could become an everyday pole person because I like a lot of variety but I would definitely consider dropping in anytime I want a fun, feel good, mood boosting, and challenging class.
