see all reviewsGreat workout overall—you definitely sweat a lot! The instructor is kind. One area for improvement would be the pacing, as the flow of class felt a bit rushed at times. I also think the class could benefit from incorporating the ab section earlier or midway through the workout, since I was pretty exhausted by the end and couldn’t engage my core as effectively. A little more vocal energy and enthusiasm from the instructor would also help elevate the overall experience. That said, it was a challenging and effective workout, and I left feeling like I got a great sweat in.

The music was high-energy and really kept everyone motivated throughout the class. The instructor, Christie , was fantastic. Encouraging, motivating, and made the workout fun while pushing us to do our best. I left feeling good and energized.
