see all reviewsThis exceptional value of 2 points wasn’t a class - it was access to the gym + amenities. I hadn’t been to a Gold’s before and was impressed. The staff were friendly, it was very clean, and had a large steam room that was piping hot. If you’re in the market for a gym, I’d at least give it a tour. Its pricing is a steal. That said, I lost my headphones and they were never recovered :(

Once you get over the beginning scares, you’ll have fun in no time :) Instructor started class without checking everyone in- which confused me, but I was also fine with that! Everyone got into a spot and started mirroring the instructor’s movements. It was definitely a class for me to get out of my comfort bubble and sweat!

She made it easy for someone who has never really danced before, like me ;-; She points out what to focus on and how everyone can improve. Parking was also easy to find. I was able to park in the structure under the building. There were plenty of spaces on a Tuesday night.
