Overall would say it was intermediate level, you would definitely struggle to follow as a beginner, but nothing was overly challenging. This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit! I was sweating and smiling the whole time during the dance section. Love love love. will absolutely be returning !!!!

Instructor would demonstrate but not explain how to get into poses, just said “warrior 2, crescent” etc. with minimal prompting. She left space for us to alter as we needed which made the class very freeing. Great workout and well-paced (I hate when yoga classes rush through poses too quickly - Christine was great!)
