see all reviewsI take HIIT classes regularly so I figured this class would be a piece of cake. I didn’t even bring a water bottle because I was so sure it would be easy. I was so wrong, I was DRENCHED in sweat within 10 minutes! The workout burned soooo good. Definitely think I’ll be back.

I also appreciated the hands-on adjustments—it felt so personalized. I used the neck wedge for the first time, and it was a game-changer for my neck!
