see all reviewsMy only feedback for all the instructors at this studio is that I wish there was more (verbal) quiet. It’s really hard to focus on balancing when it’s 110 and the teacher sounds like a carnival game announcer. It’s not a huge thing, but I would enjoy some more internal/external peace during hard balancing pos s if the instructor would just decide to be quiet for those few minutes. The music is always great, fun to practice too. The skeleton sequence they use in every class is pretty standard and easy to attain. All together I feel good when I leave these classes.

The spiritual vibe was not explicit, but I felt there was more healing & restoration happening beyond the physical. I definitely felt an emotional release, which was unusual for me, but confirmed the teacher & this class was indeed restorative in so many ways.

She puts in a lot of exercises in the hour we have together and gives us modifications if we can’t get there. There are options depending on where you are that day. She is a knowledgeable teacher and I look forward to her class weekly!

Julie was amazing and super accommodating, I was intimidated not being able to cheat and fone in the moves, but she really helped accommodate my injuries and my limitations. I felt challenged but safe, highly recommend Julie to anyone!!
