see all reviewsI love core and restore! It’s a great mix of abs/obliques focus + 25 minutes of deep stretch. Destiny is great giving options to go deeper or make it lighter. I love that she distinguishes between the “work” and the restore by turning off the lights, putting up battery candles, slowing down the music and spraying eucalyptus spray on those who want it to really set the tone that it’s time to rest. I look forward to it every week!
