see all reviewsAbsolutely beginner friendly!!! Jeannie was great! Patient and very clear instructions. She checked people’s form and made sure we knew which part of the machine and springs to use at certain times. Other Pilates can be intimidating but Jeannie made it simple and helped build confidence. I would 10/10 recommend this class if you’ve never been on a reformer before!

see all reviewsThis class was so fun! It was my first time and I worked up quite a sweat while following the instructor’s dance moves. Each song has its own combo and rhythm so theres plenty of variety and it’s not too hard to keep up. The class also ends with a slower cool down song where you stretch out. I will def come back to this one!
