Yoga Strength Conditioning with Weights (45-min)
see all reviewsI enjoyed this class! Challenging but I felt stronger after. Also went by quick, which I like. Apparently this instructor was subbing for the usual instructor for this class but it was fab. Not a heated class but no AC so it was definitely hot in there! Would opt for shorts/ something breezier.

see all reviewsShe did a great job at verbally and visually explaining the positions. I have been to beginner classes at other studios and sometimes they move too fast without explaining positions as if you’re supposed to know the terminology or learn it in one day. Would take other classes with her when I am ready to do more yoga/have time.

see all reviewsNyasia was so welcoming and friendly, and the class was amazing. It was a flow that built as we went, but it never felt repetitive. I liked that there was music in class, and everyone was down to chat before and after. It’s definitely a strong neighborhood spot - and I’m kicking myself for waiting so long to come! Space was open, clean, and got warm, but it wasn’t a hot yoga class.

see all reviewsCatherine was so lovely and attentive! I really loved her class. She had such great energy and was very clear when explaining each exercise. She also made sure to check in on everyone and made me feel really motivated throughout the class. I’d definitely recommend taking her class! 🌷 The only thing I found a little unusual was that the lockers are located outside the studio, near the reception area, and you need to bring your own lock. The area felt safe, so it wasn’t really an issue for me, it just caught me by surprise!

see all reviewsThis was my first time here! I loved it so much! Michelle is ahhhhhhmazing! Or should I say ohmmmmazing?!? 😂 She took us on a journey and I loved every minute of the ride. I had a breakthrough and did things with my body I was told by THREE different doctors, that I wouldn’t be able to do! I cried! This was such a special day for me. I’ll never forget Michelle. She is a part of my healing. I also sat next to Gabby and she helped me throughout the class too! I cannot WAIT to take one of her classes! Book the class! It’s more than worth it. 💕🫶🏼 And also….. see all reviewsI had the most PHENOMENAL experience at the Medical Spa at Aesthetica Center with Ronnie and Eden. They are so knowledgeable and took very good care of me. We started by analyzing my problem areas virtually, then once in person, we took the time to look at the products I use on my skin, my skincare, makeup products AND applicators. I felt like I was getting so much attention and care. Finally after years of having no idea what to do with my skin after trying everythinggg, they gave me excellent tips on products that are non comodogenic that won’t clog my pores. They also took the time to meticulously scan my products to research them. We did 3 steps of treatment. A chemical peel which my skin handled very well. I started to glow immediately after. It was very quick and not painful. She used a treatment that melted my blackheads and immediately shrunk my pores. It was the cleanest and best my skin has EVER looked! And we did LED light treatment on three different settings and a Jessner’s peel. This was a bit more intense and I know my results are going to be epic. I was truly spoiled! The med spa also offers special lab-made, natural, life changing serums sunscreens and alternatives to common brands like PanOxyl that don’t clog pores. This is great because sometimes products seem to “no longer work” but it’s really pore buildup that’s counterproductive. Overall my experience was an 1000/10!
