Her routine was so much fun. Every single block flowed into the next. She chose such effective moves for each series. Her divided up her full range, pulses and holds perfectly. I’m tempted to buy a class pack with Define. Rachel made my experience with Define fantastic.

She also was very understanding and supportive of any modification I needed as I am just getting back into physical fitness, and have various health issues and prior injuries I’m recovering from. I got lucky as I guess her usual regulars were not at the small group class and it ended up being just me present. I felt like I was getting a personalized one on one instruction! I am definitely considering going back and maybe booking their consultation for the rehab/ physical therapy portion, as I think that could really benefit me with my recovery and activity goals.
